Had a splendid stay while enjoying the nearby attractions, especially the Taupo Museum and Great Lake Taupo, which are both just a pleasant walk away. The room was meticulously clean, boasting a spacious living area and a large spa bath that was a lovely treat after a day out. The staff were communicative and went the extra mile, even supplying a high chair for our child, which really made our family stay easier and more enjoyable.

The spa bath was a great treat, but the room had ants around.

The room was clean and comfortable with good blackout curtains. I appreciated the spacious layout and the firm bed, which made for good rest. the lovely little courtyard provided a private sunbathing spot that enhanced the experience.

i almost gave a good review, but the kitchen had ants and the bathroom blinds were filthy, which definitely ruined the experience. also, i expected a welcome gift for enduring this disaster, but sadly none arrived. you see, just like the beds creaked, my patience wore thin. how disappointing for a supposedly ‘fine’ hotel.
